Shopping with Petite Prices

These terms apply to your use of the Petite Prices online store and purchases made through it. Read the product listing, final order total and linked policies before placing an order. We sell and deliver within the United States only.

Product information

Each listing describes the material, dimensions, colour, quantity and package contents of the item offered. Read the care and use instructions for that product. Contact us before ordering if a specification is unclear. Do not assume that accessories or other items are included unless they appear in the stated package contents.

Prices and payment

Prices and checkout are in U.S. dollars (USD). Posted prices exclude applicable sales tax. Any applicable tax and the final total are displayed before you confirm payment. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, without a minimum purchase. Payment methods actually available for your order are displayed at checkout. See our Payment Policy.

Order details and availability

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Order requests are subject to availability and payment verification. If an error or availability issue affects an order, we contact you to explain the options. If an order is cancelled after payment, any collected payment for the cancelled items is returned to the original payment method; bank posting time may be additional.

Delivery

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Processing and transit days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The cutoff is 15:00 Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders placed later begin processing the next business day. Store opening hours are separate from processing days. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns, cancellations and changes

Request eligible returns within 30 days after receipt. Approved refunds for returned items are issued within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection, with bank posting time additional. Return conditions and postage responsibility are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Order changes, exchanges and cancellations depend on order status and availability and are not guaranteed after processing or shipment. See Order Changes & Cancellations.

Privacy and responsible use

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or use another person's payment information without permission. Do not send full card details, passwords or verification codes to our customer service team.

Site content and updates

Do not reproduce site materials commercially without the relevant rights or permission. We may update site information and these terms. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights or agreed conditions attached to an existing purchase.

Consumer rights and questions

These terms apply subject to mandatory consumer laws. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us with any questions or order concerns.
