Order Changes & Cancellations

Request confirmation

We assess requests against the current order status. A change is confirmed only when our team confirms it can be accommodated. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins or after dispatch.

After dispatch

If the order cannot be changed, eligible items can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy. Contact us before refusing or rerouting a parcel.

Refund timing

When a cancellation is accepted, we confirm the applicable refund arrangements. For approved returned items, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection. Your payment provider may require additional posting time.
