Delivery area and shipping cost

We sell and deliver within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders throughout the United States, with no minimum order and no weight or order-value surcharge. We do not offer international delivery.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The cutoff is 15:00 Eastern Time (America/New_York). Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Transit and tracking

After dispatch, estimated standard transit is 3–5 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. The total estimated delivery period is 4–7 business days from the start of processing. These are estimates. Tracking details are provided when available after shipment, and the carrier is identified in the shipment notification.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Check the delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly for a correction or cancellation; requests depend on order status and cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with the order number so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.
