Where do you deliver?
We deliver within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders, without a minimum purchase.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Processing and transit days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 15:00 Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
How do I care for my purchase?
Read the material and care instructions for the individual product and follow the care label supplied with it. Contact us before ordering if a specification is unclear.
Can I return or change an order?
Request an eligible return within 30 days after receipt. Items must remain unused and in original condition with packaging and tags. Changes and cancellations depend on order status. See our Return and Refund Policy and Order Changes & Cancellations.
